Ritalin
Well here it is the post that really lets you know why I'm the way I am. I have Attention Deficet Hyperactivity Disorder. I take ritalin to help me concentrate on things. The bottom line is "It works" and it has been doing its job for almost 20 years now.
I don't have any of the adverse side effets like drug dependency, in fact I look forward to when I don't have to take it, in the evenings mainly. I wonder how long I would have to go without the drug to exibit symptoms of withdraw.
The truth is my whole day is fucked if I don't take it before 10 am, I am useless. Well thats not true, but you won't find me doing ANYTHING I didn't already want to do that day. If you tell me to do something I'm usually against the idea. Its bad, when I don't take it, or forget to fill my pill bottle like today..... Today is proof to me that I absolutly must have this substance to function like a normal white collar worker.... I just lost concentration on writing this post... for like 10 min.
For those intrested my thought process was (white collar, blue collar, Red from that 70s show, he got fired, he was plant manager, he went to interview for new job, got job at price mart, eric worked in stock room, they made a work video, work video, I worked in stop and shop (supermarket chain on east coast) and had to watch work video. there was this cute girl there, from there it gets a little dirty... but it ends up with me turing this coffe cup around and around wondering how I got to this point.
Well I have drained enough of myself trying to get this much on the page for now, more latter.
